The Seed Was Planted in Mumbai
Gourmestan’s story began in the Vibrant Heart of Mumbai, where our First Kitchen was born. We had a simple thought to reimagine nutrient-rich food for modern lifestyles.

Growing Roots in Delhi
With a Growth Mindset, Gourmestan ventured into the capital city of India during the peak of the pandemic, providing daily kitchen essentials to homes across Delhi.
Our distribution partner, KHHET, played a key role in ensuring quality assurance and maintaining consistent demand and supply, a partnership built on trust and shared values.
Our concept resonated deeply with a growing community seeking clean, inspired, and wholesome food.

Expanding to Goa
Post-pandemic, Our Journey required nurturing and creativity, and therefore, Goa became the next Growth Destination.
Here, we established a café and kitchen that brings together diverse global flavours on a millet-inspired plate, celebrating both health and indulgence.

Welcomed by Kolkata
In 2022, we brought Gourmestan to the Soulful Streets of Kolkata.
Blending tradition with innovation, our arrival celebrated flavour, freshness, and the city’s rich culinary heritage, a heartfelt tribute to timeless taste and culture.
